Kaizen Enhances Leadership with Two Major Appointments

Kaizen Gaming, a leading global GameTech operator, has unveiled a major leadership addition. According to the company, Aris Dimarakis, its chief operating officer, will now also undertake the role of deputy chief executive officer.

According to Kaizen Gaming, Dimarakis will step into the office on June 1, 2024.

As the company’s chief operating officer, Dimarakis is currently responsible for its operations in Europe, the Americas and Africa. In his position, he is tasked with coordinating Kaizen’s business and maintaining the quality of its services across its growing footprint.

As deputy CEO, Dimarakis will furthermore be responsible for driving operational development and underpinning the company’s strategic goals. 

Dimarakis, according to the announcement, is a founding member of Kaizen Gaming. He first joined the company as chief technology officer in 2021 and was eventually promoted to chief operations officer in 2021.

Prior to joining Kaizen, Dimarakis served as the head of technology departments of tech and media industry companies.

In the meantime, Kaizen Gaming announced that Christos Tzalavras has been announced as chief product officer. An experienced veteran who has served Kaizen for over a decade, Tzalvras will sit at the helm of product innovation and strategy, ensuring that the quality of Kaizen’s products and services remains consistent.

The New Appointees Will Underpin Kaizen’s Growth

Commenting on the new appointments, George Daskalakis, Kaizen Gaming’s chief executive officer, said that the company remains driven by a “relentless growth mindset.” He added that Kaizen is now a sports betting and gaming powerhouse the growth of which has been underpinned by professionals such as Dimarakis and Tzalavras.

Daskalakis also lauded Tzalavras’ proven track record in commercial and marketing matters, saying that he was the “perfect choice” for CPO.

Speaking of Kaizen’s growth, the company’s Betano brand recently secured a landmark partnership with the UEFA, attracting scrutiny from anti-gambling activists.
